Due to the intimate nature of our swimwear, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers. Items may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and sanitary liners.

Quality Inspection
Ensure the bikini is in its original packaging with all protective hygiene seals intact; items showing signs of wear will be rejected.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of approval.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, a digital gift card will be emailed to you for your next purchase.
